Ain’t Yo' Mama’s Baked Beans is so healthy and delicious. It’s a complete meal. The taste is unlike anything I have ever tasted before, and a serving of these beans provide me with the daily recommended fiber which is 25gm for women. In addition to offering plenty of fiber, these beans provide me with protein, and vitamins such as vitamin B6, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium, and that’s only naming a few. Oh My Gosh, the sweet/spicy flavor is so delicious, the sweet flavor hits your tongue first and then you get the spicy and it make you want to keep eating them.
